In the strength of being in the moment, we also have to stop and be grateful for the gift of life. My daughter is expecting and at first it was not something I was excited about for various reasons. I then had to stop and be grateful for the new life that we are being blessed with and all is well.

I firmly believe we always learn something from those that are our elders. I found this as I was searching about writers and it brought warmth and assurance that life is truly to be lived, not taken for granted.
Many of us are struggling and looking for ways to grow and extend ourselves. Sometimes we have to take pause and enjoy the moment, be grateful for the things that are going well and continue to work towards achieving our goals.
